About the Residents Group
The St Mary’s Garden Village Residents Association is an informal group of volunteer residents who help organise community events and activities for the benefit of those living within the village.
The group aims to encourage neighbourly engagement, support community spirit, and provide opportunities for residents to come together through social events and initiatives. It operates independently and is not affiliated with, or part of, Elite Property Management or any other management or governing body.
What the Residents Association Does

The Residents Group does not represent residents in matters relating to property management, service charges, estate management, or legal matters. Residents should contact the appropriate managing agent or relevant organisation directly regarding such issues.
Meetings
The Residents Group meets periodically to discuss upcoming events and community activities. Updates and relevant information will be shared with residents when available.
