About the Residents Association
The St Mary’s Garden Village Residents Association (R.A.) represents the interests of residents and helps support communication and engagement across the village.
The Association works alongside Elite Property Management and other relevant parties to raise matters of interest or concern on behalf of residents and to help strengthen the sense of community within St Mary’s Garden Village.

The Residents Association is made up of volunteer residents from within St Mary’s Garden Village.

The R.A. does not replace the role of the managing agent but works collaboratively to support the village community.
Meetings
The Residents Association meets quarterly. Meeting dates and any relevant updates are shared with residents when available.
