About the Residents Association

The St Mary’s Garden Village Residents Association is an informal group of volunteer residents who help organise community events and activities for the benefit of those living within the village.

The Association aims to encourage neighbourly engagement, support community spirit, and provide opportunities for residents to come together through social events and initiatives. It operates independently and is not affiliated with, or part of, Elite Property Management or any other management or governing body.

Who is on the Residents Association

The Residents Association is made up of volunteer residents from within St Mary’s Garden Village who give their time to help organise and support community activities.

What the Residents Association Does

The Residents Association does not represent residents in matters relating to property management, service charges, estate management, or legal matters. Residents should contact the appropriate managing agent or relevant organisation directly regarding such issues.

The Residents Association meets periodically to discuss upcoming events and community activities. Updates and relevant information will be shared with residents when available.
