Residents can book gym sessions using the Glofox app.
Your name and email address have already been uploaded to the system to allow you to set up your account. Please follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Download the Glofox App
Download the Glofox app on your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Find the Community Hub
When you open the app, you will be asked to search for a business.

Search for St. Mary’s Community Hall

Please ensure there is a dot after “St.” and a space before “Mary’s”

Select the correct option from the drop-down list
Step 3: Create Your Account

Use your registered email address to create a password (this is the email address Elite Property Management uses to contact you)

Set up your profile using at least:

Your name
-
Phone number
-
Date of birth
-
-
Ensure you accept the waiver.
Step 4: Set Up Your Membership
Once your profile is set up:

Tap Memberships at the bottom right of the screen

Select Purchase to sign up
-
Choose Household Membership (12 months)

There is no charge for this membership

As the main householder, you can also add additional members from your household:

Use Add Child (this option is also used to add additional adults)

Provide the requested details and a separate email address if required
You will receive an email confirmation once your membership is active.
Step 5: To Book a Gym Session
- Within Timetable on the bottom left of the screen, select Classes
- Scroll and select the date and time you would like to use the gym
- Once a date has been selected, check the details of your booking and tap Book to complete.
Please note: gym sessions are booked in hourly sessions, and every session permits a maximum of 6 people to attend. The Gym is available every day from 7am until 9pm, with differing hours on some Bank Holidays. For questions on opening hours, please contact the caretaker, Julian Holt on 07821 191002.
