Edenstone have been carrying out works around the site, the following works are being completed:

  1. General snagging works of the roads and pavements going on around the Estate, digging being carried out in various areas.
  2. With regards to the pumping station, Edenstone have removed the temporary pumps installed recently and are in the process of installing new TT permanent pumps with a generator. Until they are up and working, the pumping station is being tankered and the levels monitored.  The responsibility of this pumping station will be with Welsh Water and will not be a cost implication to the Management Company.   At present a time scale to complete this job has not been given but the landscaping in this area will be redone when the works have been completed.
  3. The banking area is being planted on one side and grass seeded on the other
  4. Elite walked the site last week and are in the process of putting a report together for Edenstone as there are still areas of landscaping requiring attention before Elite take on the maintenance.

Elite are meeting the site manager and CCTV maintenance company in 2 weeks to check on snagging works around the site and install the remaining CCTV cameras.

Meg from Elite was on site Monday 20th October to meet the car charger contractor and site manager.    The car charger at St Mary’s Community Hub has been switched off for maintenance and we will let you know when this is back available.

A couple of raised beds have become available on site, the beds are £20 for the year. These have been extremely popular with residents so if you would like a bed, please get in touch with one of the team at Elite via phone or email enquiries@elite-propertymanagement.com

It’s lovely to see lots of dogs around site, we would just like to remind residents to clear up after their dogs and try to walk them in areas where children won’t be playing – there is an area by the hub that is a dog free zone to ensure that the children can play safely.

The pond is due a tidy up. This has to be carried out at certain times of the year.

The glass balustrade has unfortunately be damaged by the ponds, the panels are due to be replaced on 28th October.
