How to Report an Issue Around the Estate

Issues relating to the shared areas of St Mary’s Garden Village should be reported to Elite Property Management, who are responsible for the ongoing management and maintenance of the estate.

This includes issues that fall outside of individual properties and affect communal spaces or facilities.

What Counts as an Estate Issue

Estate issues may include, but are not limited to:

• Paths, roads or pavements

• Street lighting or signage

• Landscaping, green spaces or communal planting

• Play areas or shared facilities

• Parking areas or access routes

• Communal buildings or structures

• Safety concerns in shared areas
