New homes at St Mary’s Garden Village are covered by a two-year builder’s warranty provided by Edenstone Homes, starting from the date of legal completion.
During this two-year period, Edenstone’s Customer Care team can assist with eligible defects or issues relating to the construction of your property.
What Is Covered
The two-year warranty covers certain issues relating to the build of your home, including items such as:

Structural defects

Plumbing or pipe leaks

Electrical installation faults

Roof leaks
-
Door, window and lock faults
-
Heating system issues (subject to servicing requirements)
Please note that general wear and tear, routine maintenance, and cosmetic issues caused by natural shrinkage or settling are not covered under the warranty.
How to Report a Snag
If you experience an issue within the two-year warranty period, please report it directly to Edenstone by email at customercare@edenstonegroup.com.
When reporting a snag, it is helpful to include:

Edenstone’s Customer Care team will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.

Do not attempt repairs yourself, as this may affect warranty coverage.

Some items may require annual servicing (for example, boilers) to remain covered.

Emergency issues outside of normal working hours should be reported using Edenstone’s emergency contact process, as outlined in your homeowner documentation.
